I’m so happy with how my picture turned out. After I submitted my pics I decided to change one of them within the 24hr window and it wasn’t a problem for them, someone gets back to you right away. It’s really a one of a kind gift, you won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend West & Willow.

EDIT: West and Willow reached out immediately in regards to the issue originally stated below. I was sent a proof of the corrected portrait and the new portrait was sent to production right away. Excellent customer service and I’m so pleased with the result! Thank you! The portrait is beautiful. But I was very disappointed my dog’s collar was not removed as indicated that it would be when the order was placed. As stated on the website “All accessories such as leash, collar, and harness, will be REMOVED from your portrait. Leave a note below only if you would like to KEEP an accessory in the final portrait.” I did not leave a note to keep the collar.

I just received my order!! I’m so excited to give these as a gift. They are awesome!! I just ordered a portrait and a mug after seeing the quality of socks.

The pictures we received are perfect. The production and delivery were timely. We recently lost one of our animals and the picture was a perfect tribute. Quality of product is exactly as it is represented on the website. Very pleased and will recommend to others.
