I just placed my order, looking forward to receiving the framed picture of my daughter’s dog. It will be under the tree this year for her. Can’t comment on product and shipping as just ordered, we have confidence as this company comes with great reviews. Ordering was a breeze, all we had to do is upload the photo and pay. Thank you!!

I have an older dog and didn’t have the greatest picture of him to submit (low resolution, little blurry) but the team was so amazing and helped remove some of his grays on his face and made the picture I submitted work perfectly! The customer service team is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with and I can’t say enough nice things about this company. I highly recommend West and Willow to anyone looking for an animal portrait!

Grace was super helpful when I decided that the plaid backround would be to dark for my 3 pet portrait of our cats! She quickly and professionally helped me to change the backround! Thanks for all your efforts ❤️

I’m very excited to give this gift for Christmas! They did an excellent job recreating the pictures I sent them, it looks great in the frame. I am also impressed with how quickly I received it, took about 9 days from the a day I ordered it.
