We purchased a portrait as a gift after receiving one because we loved ours so much! They came out beautifully and so accurate! An item was missing and the customer service team promptly replied to my email with kindness and professionalism and helped me resolve the minor issue (item missing from order) I will continue to support this awesome company.

The final product looks exactly like the photos I sent. Super excited to see my boyfriends reaction when I give him the framed picture for Christmas!

Easy process
