West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Super easy order and check out process. From start to finish only took 5 minutes!

i ordered a photo of my MIL’s dog and it turned out AMAZING!!! i wasn’t expecting for it to get here until closer to xmas but i got it 1 week after i ordered it!! such amazing quality and the drawing turned out soooo good!!!

I was not confident about how my pic would turn out. We just lost our fur baby. I wanted something just a bit different but not too much off from a true picture. My pic was terrible but it was my favorite so I thought I would try it. I got a smaller one just in case to not spend too much money. When it came super quick and I opened it I cried. It was perfect. He had a deformed snout with a funky tooth and it was all there. There isn’t a word stronger that perfect. My daughter has taken that one and I now need another bigger one!! Thank you West & Willow this is my most prized picture.

Very user friendly web site! And, my co-worker Tommy Cullen helped me as well to make sure I got it exactly how I wanted it to look :) Can't wait to see how it turns out - this is a gift for my sister. I know she's going to love it!

Buying experience was easy. Step by step selections made it easy to pick each of the features of the finished product.

Easy to upload photo and order. Look forward to receiving the protrait of our puppy. It will be a lovely present to my husband.

I have ordered 6 pet portraits from West & Willow for myself, family members and friends and I always love how the portraits turn out. They are adorable and such a great gift!!

Completely amazing customer service! The portrait wasn’t quite right originally, and they went above and beyond to make the appropriate changes and send me a new one. I would 100% recommend using this company for any of their products. I will for sure be shopping here again. Thank you so much!!!
