I had many projects I had hoped to purchase from W&W because I have MANY animal lovers in my life. I ordered just one to start and I’m not super satisfied. The piece I received has a picture of a gray and dark gray cat, my cat (which was well reflected in the pic I sent) is gray and WHITE...so while it absolutely resembles her, there are also some obvious discrepancies. I think I would recommend a few things to a future buyer: 1. Send more than one picture, from different angles so they can see your whole animal and it’s characteristics. 2. Use the box that asks for specifics. Be painfully obvious, “cat is light gray and white with bright blue eyes” I believe I may try again with a different animal. I WAS pleased with the turnaround from order to delivery. I DO think it’s a little pricey 😋

Not sure if my order was ever placed. I used Apple Pay to check out and was not given a confirmation page after nor an opportunity to enter the discount code for 15% off

without touching confirm , my order submitted as the promo code was loading and didn’t apply the promo code. $10 shipping is a bit high for a poster picture too.

I did not and still have not receive notice of when to expect delivery.

A bit disappointed. Eyes odd, nose off and fur off.

Seemed to be a glitch on your end when purchasing my digital print. It showed I had selected originally. Then it took me about 6 emails to finally get one purchased after the glitch on your end.

This is the 2nd time ordering from West & Willow. 1st time was PERFECT! This time around not so much .. while the dogs look picture perfect .. the sizing is way off.. These hang side by side . My 19 lb pug looks huge compared to my 80 lb sheepadoodle.. Still cute . But size is kinda weird :(
