Ordering process was easy. Paid the additional fee for a rush order which now seems pointless. Never received an email confirmation or a response from the company when I emailed them regarding my status. Only received two emails regarding their rating.

Requested a remake via email on 12/2 to the support email. Included notation as to why I was requesting it. Received support email response on 12/4 saying the Product Satisfaction team would have a specialist reply directly to me within approximately two business days to make it right for me. I've checked in via email every few days since with no response to my inquiry for a remake. As of close of business 12/15 I have not received any feedback on remake status. The quality of the frame and print materials are nice and as advertised. Customer service I'm sure is busy with holiday craziness, which is understandable, but my request has fallen through the cracks.

Very easy ordering, have had friends who loved their artwork. Despite this, I placed my order on 11/30 (order number 144935), paid for skip the line for the extra sense of security that it would get here before Christmas. I have not received any update on my order, even though I have emailed the company inquiring about it, because at this point I would like to change the shipping address if it hasn't already been sent out yet.

Rating for customer service and production timeliness

Although the ordering process was easy, I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I even payed extra for the “skip the line” to make it faster. I understand that it’s the holidays but I would love to have a sense of if it will come in time for Christmas, especially since it’s a gift and it wasn’t exactly cheap.

I saw the Instagram and liked the product. I ordered a picture last month from the store as a Christmas present. I paid for fast tracked delivery and digital copies. A whole month later I am yet to receive the product. I have emailed 5 times and just keep getting a generic email response that does not help me at all. I also messaged their Instagram page but unfortunately was left on read. I was so excited to view the product but haven’t received it, do not have access to digital copies and when reaching out for help I have received none. Dissapointed.

I can’t review as I haven’t received order nor an email that says it’s on the way!
