I placed an order almost 6 weeks ago and after reaching out today on the status of my order I am just finding out it wasn't even started yet. Now I hear they don't have a the photo I attached to the order and they now say they can't create the artwork even though I followed their guidelines. Unacceptable that I had to initiate the conversation only to hear they never started the order but say they are starting the process 6 weeks later. Canceling my order and do not recommend

This looks nothing like the pictures I sent. I used this company years ago and it was great. Past two times have been awful, do not recommend. There are plenty of places on the web now that do better.

Overpriced for what you get. We paid ~$50 for the “8x10 poster”. We received the edited image printed on standard printer paper, rolled up in a tube…. At that price point, I would’ve at least expected poster paper or premium card stock, shipped in flat packaging to avoid bending the paper. We THEN had to pay additional for the digital file… Betting this could be done on Etsy pr through an app for the same quality at a much better price point.

Paid for faster shipping. Still shipped standard shipping. Standard shipping then took much longer than expected. All while incorrect shipping information being provided the entire time through another app I had to download just to track my package, which I have still yet to receive due to further delay.

Straight after I placed the order I emailed you twice to cancel as the size was smaller than I thought. Nobody bothered contacting me.

I placed my order on Sept 4th. I used a 20% labor day sale offer. I préfères 2 frames and I tried to add the digital copies as well but your website does not add them to the cart. I emailed customer service to inform them of the issue and I attached a video of the issue. I asked to purchase the digital copies with the 20% discount but the agent sent me an invoice at full to pay and totally disregard the problem I was having. It’s not a question of the money but the principle. I received a UPS shipping order on Sept 10th for my frames. Today is the 28th of Sept and I still have not received them. I emailed customer service and they said to be patient and that they are certain that it will arrive. Not impressed with the service I have received. Very poor.

Picture was delivered in poor condition. Paid $15 extra just to ensure that we would have the gift for the party. After reaching out to see what they could do- the “support team” offered to create a new picture for us. The other offer was to get 10% off.. I paid $15 for shipping so really this offer they gave me would still have me out the money I paid for shipping.. So now I’m waiting 3-5 business days to receive our picture but no offer was made to at least cover the rush that I paid for. Ridiculous.
