Alexis in customer support was very helpful with prompt response and friendly interaction!

I placed an order for 5 coffee mugs. Thirty minutes later I realized I needed 2 more mugs. I sent an email under “contact us” asking to adjust the order. The next morning I had an email from West & Willow letting me know an invoice was sent and the order would be processed as soon as it was complete. Thanks for being timely and adjusting my order!

Customer service is absolutely excellent! I had an issue with my order and it was resolved within days! Cannot wait to get my artwork on display!

I loveeeeeee west and willow I have their portraits all over my house of my animals!!!

Three of my dogs just passed away, and I thought what better way to bring some joy to my family than to give a little reminder of our furry friends :) One of my best friends had ordered from here, and I thought hers looked great. So, I thought might as well give it a shot. West and Willow went above and beyond my expectations. They made sure to capture every little detail of each dog, and it honestly brought tears to my eyes. I am very excited to see my family open these on Christmas day because I am sure they will have the same reaction as I did. Thanks so much, West and Willow!

Adorable portrait and great customer service! The artists at West & Willow not only created an accurate likeness of our pup but captured his big personality and quizzical expression. Customer Service was on the job even on the weekend. Thanks so much. The West & Willow dog portrait will be the best present under the tree!

I purchased this as a Xmas gift for my daughter and her husband. When it arrived I just had to look. I love it and it looks just like their dog. Can’t wait for them to open it. Only thing I wish the portrait of the dog was bigger and not as much blank space between dog and his name, but overall I love it❤️
