West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

My girlfriends dog passed and wanted a picture of the dog and was scared to order from places so I did it here and was not disappointed.

I ordered from them in the past and loved the portrait we received. This year, I wasn't pleased with the portrait as it was not the correct color of my mom's dog. It would have been embarrassing to gift it to my mom in the state it was in. I immediately contacted West & Willow and they had the issue rectified quickly. When my new portrait came in the mail, it was perfect. Great customer service!!

I’ve always loved their portraits. I ordered them for all my siblings this year and one of them printed with the wrong fur color (I think because the photo I uploaded was too blurry) - they quickly fixed it for free and sent the corrected version quickly so that it would arrive before Christmas. Wonderful customer service!

Love the ease of ordering these portraits They are beautiful!

Great Customer Service. I received my portrait but unfortunately the colour was wrong. I emailed Customer Service and had a response very quickly. My order was redone and delivered to me within a week and looks great. Camille was extremely helpful and friendly and emailed me every step of the way.

We recently had to put my childhood dog down and I wanted something really nice to remember him by. I was a little nervous based on the picture I submitted since it wasn't quite the right angle but it turned out amazing. VERY happy!

I hope the portrait comes out beautiful of my little girl. Thank you for making it easy to navigate through the process. I appreciate your hard work.
