I absolutely love the cell phone protector design! My only problem was that the only way I could reach the company was by email or message. I sent my photo via message to check that it was high enough quality. It took them several hours, into the following day for a response. Then I had trouble uploading the photo onto the order site. Again I emailed them and had to wait several hours for a response. By the time I was able to complete the the product, I had missed a 25% off discount. They were nice enough to give me a 15% off discount. I am older and sometimes not comfortable with electronics. I just wish there was a phone number to call or a more rapid online response. I know that this is a busy time of the year for them.

Very easy to use website. However, I am concerned that I haven’t heard anything about my order yet. Hopefully that just means you are putting together the best product possible 😃

Too many pop ups for more sales. Hard to edit picture

There’s soooo many pop ups on the website, including a large video you can’t get rid of that blocks most of the page. Super glitchy. Hope it fixes soon, but otherwise was great.

Love the custom pet portrait concept, but would have liked to be able to see a "mock up" of my prints before ordering.

I received the wrong order but customer service responded quickly to fix the problem. I received the correct order and several follow up emails, thank you Ralph!!!

We love our picture, but the frame came cracked. Getting this resolved and ordering more has been a bit difficult.
