i was trying to order a mug and it wouldn’t let me choose a different picture it also only lets you use one promo code but i hope it turns out well i’m still waiting for it to come in!

My picture of my dog was beautiful looked just like her ! My only complaint is my frame that holds the picture broke as soon as I hanged it the top part fell good thing the glass fell on top of the couch I did purchase another photo of another one of my dogs so fingers crossed the frame holds together Update: Support team reached out right away to replace my broken frame thank you so much will be looking forward to hanging this beautiful artwork of my dog that passed away very happy ! Satisfied customer ☺️

I ordered a two portrait print for Father’s Day for my partner. I sent pictures of my partner’s dogs and received the framed piece two weeks later. One dog looked nothing like my partner’s dog. I emailed customer service. A con with customer service: took awhile to get a reply and a week to get the new print set to be shipped. Pros: really great customer service, very friendly. I don’t know why they automatically sent a proof before printing and sending, that would be a good business practice.

Poor quality for $100. The frame is cheap and my dogs head is pretty small in comparison to the frame. If this would $50 okay, but way too much for not that great of a product.

I am disappointed in the final result. The designer did not take the notes I left and apply them to the portrait. I wish there was a way to send a proof before you ship the item that way the end result is more satisfying. I would have even paid a little more to be able to edit the photo. Other than that it’s cute, the designer did catch the emotion in the pet eyes.
