Still waiting after two weeks on shipping information. Emailed twice and after 2 days have not gotten a follow up. I don’t even know when it will arrive. I am upset that I am getting no responses or effort into contacting me back. I haven gotten several automated requests to review this company but I cant even get an email back about my order.

I placed an order a little over two weeks ago, and I am so excited to receive the portraits! They’re for my husband for Christmas! I was hoping to have them before the 25, but I still haven’t received any shipment information so I’m getting a little worried. My main concern so far is communication with shipping, but I’m hoping to hear something soon.

Hard to give a review before I’ve actually received anything from W&W except marketing messages and a charge to my credit card. But you asked twice. I received 10% off which was nice. Requesting tips seems inappropriate but times are tough for all of us so I tipped anyway even though I’ve been looking for work for 7 months. No feel-good message like “this will go to Melissa who lost her finger in a boating accident...” Who benefits, the graphic designer? The printer? This added human connection would make this company go farther so I just don’t feel like another ubiquitous customer who got squeezed for more $. And the product delivery, “will arrive in 2-3 weeks” would normally be fine but it’s Christmas and the difference of 3 weeks vs 2 is daddy hanging his head on Xmas morning with excuses for failing. Again, there is no acknowledgement of this conundrum. I’m sure there are reasonable explanations for why there is no preview, or why I can’t get shipping details until 5-7 days after ordering a non-refundable product, but there is no human connection made here to explain these things. But a tip request?

I previously gave West & Willow a raving review as the order I placed before Thanksgiving was handled extremely well. Then I placed an additional order based on their Black Friday promo, total opposite experience. Delays in processing, claiming my pets faces weren’t visible in the photos provided, when the photos are clearly of their face! I’ve emailed several times for an order update only to receive generic FAQs on shipping times. I don’t want to know how long it will take to ship, I want to know when they will finish the order and send it to the shipper!

Too many marketing emails after purchase. I just friggen bought something, give me 22 seconds before trying to sell me something else!

I haven’t received any updates on my order status since I ordered,I have no idea when to expect delivery and not sure why I paid an additional fee to “move to the fronted the line”?

I Have emailed support, Messages the Instagram account.. and never got a reply. I’m convinced my order isn’t being processed and getting scammed out of my money
