Excellent customer service!

Great product and super helpful staff!

I have ordered several pet pictures over the last couple years. I love them!!!

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S

Really happy with how the picture turned out. Once my order was processed it shipped really quickly. Thank West & Willow!

Beautiful artwork. And the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Analyn was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend West & Willow.

I got two portraits made of my cats! The second one was amazing, but didn’t flow with the first and was more cartoon-y. I emailed them and within 4 days, West&Willow remade the portrait, verified it with me, and mailed it out! The artwork is amazing and the customer service is just as great! I highly recommend supporting this company and if you are on the fence, you should definitely go for it!

I honestly loved our West & Willow portrait. One small change I would make again is giving context to the size when you have multiple dogs. Our smallest dog looks like the largest. But overall truly love it! I will buy again!
