Very good experience. Questions answered right away. Customer service is top notch. Now I'm just waiting for my order to arrive

Such a fabulous company with great service and excellent product. Have already ordered from them twice. Perfect gifts for animal lovers!

This is my first experience with West & Willow. We had an issue with the my delivery. I contacted them and they fixed it. They definitely went above and beyond. I'll certainly refer friends and family to them.

A pet portrait I had ordered for Christmas got lost in the mail. I contacted West & Willow and they made it right - sent me a new one and the matching mug (through a promotion when I originally ordered) so that I would have them in time for Christmas. I'm so grateful!

I received my West & Willow print and was very impressed with the quality and how exact it was compared to the submitted picture. I had a small edit for them to make which they fulfilled and mailed me a new digital print. Highly recommend because of the great customer service!

Site was easy to use.

I was completely blown away by the sheer talent of this company. This picture is a spot on likeness of my Chloe...to the point of crying when I opened it. Shipping was very quick...picture came protected. Extremely pleased and will order again and again

Excellent customer service and assistance with correcting an order. Finished products were exceptional!
