Terrific customer service. Resolved an issue timely and with sincere communication.

Expirence with the ordering process was very easy. I would just suggest adding more photos as examples that area good fit. Also maybe a little video as to how the portraits are done so people have an idea. For example I thought that the photo I was uploading was going to be the one in the portrait but instead there is an artist actually looking at the photo to make the portrait. I had no idea that was going to be the case until I found out more information from the web. Overall the process is super easy.

Really happy with the customer service!

It Looks absolutely amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. There was confusion at first because I never received any email with tracking number or notifying it shipped, despite having paid an extra $15 to “skip the line” to have it come faster. But after sending an email (on a Sunday, at that) I got a response within 10 minutes apologizing for any confusion and received my tracking number and my cats portrait arrived 2 days later. It did come very quickly as well, especially considering that it is the holiday season AND most mail services are very delayed. I love it and would order again after clearing up the original confusion.
