West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

So happy with my experience with West & Willow. I ordered a 12” X 16” pet portrait and the picture I uploaded had a lot of blue tones and looking back doesn’t reflect the color of my Aussie the best. When I saw my art sent by west & willow I loved it but wished the colors were a little warmer to reflect my pup. I reached out customer service thinking it was a long shot and Camille replied immediately and was so helpful. They edited the colors and sent me a proof to approve and it was perfect! Not only did they adjust it but they shipped me the new print at no cost to me. I am so excited to hang it up & I bought 3 family/ friends custom portraits for the holidays. Can’t think of a more personal and thoughtful gift! I will be recommending and buying as gifts for years to come!

The quality, customer service, and shipping were all very positive. The portrait is absolutely perfect. You won’t regret purchasing!
