I've ordered from West and Willow twice. My first portrait was PERFECT! The second portrait I ordered was not as accurate, so I contacted the company for a refund. Instead, they offered to fix my portrait free of charge. They were SO easy to work with, communicated frequently, and even let me approve the final "fixed" product. I was so impressed and would definitely recommend working with them!
