The staff went above and beyond to help ensure my order arrives for Christmas

There was a mistake with my order - an accessory I requested be on the dog portrait was left out. I reached out and explained. I received an email back within 2 days correcting the issue and received the correct portrait shortly after. Thank you so much. It was the perfect Christmas gift 🎁

Very attentive and genuine customer service! They answered emails and questions very promptly and were quick to inform me of the status of my pet portrait.

Team worked with me to fix a portrait to my liking. Really happy with the product

I HIGHLY recommend West & Willow. They went above and beyond to ensure that the custom pet portrait I ordered was perfect. I was truly impressed by their artistic skill, their commitment to greatness, and their customer service. Email messages with representatives were answered promptly and when I requested tweaks to the original portrait they carefully incorporated my notes. The final portrait is SINGULARLY CHARMING. (My wife is gonna love it when she gets it for Christmas!) Thanks, West & Willow!

This is my third time ordering from West and Willow and I absolutely love this shop.

Captured my late cat Tut’s little mustache face and eyes perfectly! Made me cry.
