Awesome product! Love it!

I would 100% recommend west & willow! I had a couple of complaints regarding my first draft design, but the customer support team was very easy to talk to and they took care of everything and made sure that I was happy with my order! Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

These came HIGHLY recommended by a friend. When we got our first print, I was excited but realized that one of the pups didn’t look right. I had mentioned in the notes she only ever had one eye but they gave her two in the illustration. All it took was a quick email to West and Willow and they sent me a new proof within a couple of days. Once approved, they made sure to get me a new print before Christmas. Above getting things 100% right all the time, I respect a company for how they handle mistakes or customer issues. They never made me feel like a burden and I’m so grateful for their kindness and speed!
