The photo turned out great except for fur coloring
The photo turned out beautiful, however the color was off compared to what our dog truly looks like. I wish we were shown a proof before the final product was made.

Hello Kayla, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. That being said, we will be happy to work with you on a revision. Please look for an email from us about next steps.

The experience of purchasing the item online was quick and super easy. I received my photo today and it looks great, but on the right side and a little on the left there is some black dirt on it. I chose a light pink background, so it’s very noticeable unfortunately.

Hi Wendy, We hate to hear that your order quality was not perfect! We are more than happy to get this replaced for you. Please check your email inbox for more details.

Shipping time
Disappointed that when I ordered it said item should arrive in 1-2 weeks and now it’s saying 2-3…it’s a gift for a friend for her birthday and thought it would arrive in time. I should have ordered sooner but had to wait to confirm photo I had was gonna work. I can’t speak to the quality of the finished product but just order sooner rather than later if you’re pressed for time. If you’re gonna charge $10 shipping I think it should arrive in less than 2 weeks, just my opinion…

It would be useful for this company to add a phone number to their contact us, as I have had some lengthy discussions through email that could of been handled quickly over phone!

While it was easy to order
While it was easy to order, I wish they would have accepted more than one photo so I could rely on them to choose the best one.

I don’t use Google for my photos
I don’t use Google for my photos, don’t use Instagram. I was upset that I had to upload my picture to Facebook in order to upload it to you. I would have preferred to send it from my device.
Response from West & WillowJul 4, 2021
Hello Sue, You can actually upload the photo from your device, I'm so sorry about the experience. It was an uncommon instance. We hate it when this happens. Our number 1 priority is our customer's satisfaction. We are reaching out to your email now to help get this resolved for you.
