They didn’t get it right the first time and getting it right has taken forever. They refused to refund. I will never buy from them again

The picture looks nothing like the one I sent, and the frame is the wrong color.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the product that was returned to me. The framed print is not the correct colors and does not look like the photo that I sent. In the future, it would be a good idea to send the customer a proof before the final product is made. I am reaching out to West and Willow. We shall see how it is handled. Waste of money!!!

Update 11.15.23 - I did receive the gift with the desired background color so they did follow through. I did not receive any kind of proof to approve but in the end, it worked out. The ability to connect with them is IMPOSSIBLE. I placed an order and then attempted to change the background color. I connected via chat after I was informed that there was no option for a phone conversation. I was assured that the delivery address and the background color would be updated. AND IT DID NOT HAPPEN. They also say that a proof will be available to confirm that the order is correct but that also did not happen. They are slow to respond and they do not do what they say they will do. Save yourself the trouble and go to vista print or other company more established with better customer service.

This was our third pet portrait and was extremely disappointed. The portrait doesn’t look at all like our dog. There response was send another payment and we can redo. No, thank you! Do not order from West and Willow.

I am very disappointed with the quality of your product. Your marketing material indicated that the product would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. This was, to me, an indication that the final artwork would be carefully completed. Instead, my drawing was shipped out mid-afternoon on Tuesday (I ordered the product on Friday evening). This picture looks like it was drawn by someone without much art knowledge. As for the broken mug that I received, it is my hope that, going forward, your co-workers will consider wrapping the cups before placing the breakable item in a cardboard box and shipping them out.

Bought this picture recently as a first anniversary gift for my daughter and son-in-law. Was really excited to get this made of my grand pups. When arrived no detail as promised was put into the picture. Looks like a stock photo of a corgi. My grand pup has a white spot on his ear, not there. The other has two different colored eyes, hard to make out. Just disappointed!
