Excellent customer service and follow up when I had an issue with my pet portrait. The portrait was modified and reshipped in a timely manner and I received the new improved one in plenty of time to give it as a Christmas gift! The modifications were excellent and the portrait now looks exactly like the picture I uploaded. Thank you!

I purchased 2 pet portraits for a family member for the holidays. She loved them so much that she immediately burst into tears when she saw them, and said it was the best gift she had ever received.
