So I ordered a picture of my two precious dogs and I absolutely love it. I noticed a couple black spots on the picture that shouldn’t have been there and messaged back to west and willow and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Great customer service and love love the beautiful keepsakes, artwork they capture for there customers. You can’t go wrong with this company if you want great memories of your beloved pet and the customer service is a total 5. Totally recommend for all ❤️

West & Willow fulfilled two orders for me. The first was perfect and captured the dogs beautifully. I was dissatisfied with the second order and within days of my feedback, the Customer Service team responded to my concern and reissued the order with a new portrait that captured our horse very well! 5 stars for both the product and customer service!!
