West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I have used this company twice now and both times I have been amazed by their work. Their customer service is also amazing with fast communication! Forever customer here!

Came on time and is such a good representation of my moms pup! So excited to give it to her for Christmas! Thank you!!

Very impressed awesome job.

I was nervous as to what the final result would be as I was gifting this portrait to a friend, and wanted him to recognize his pup immediately. I am so impressed with the results as they are exactly what I imagined and hoped for! Also fast, dependable delivery. The designers also took my written notes into consideration as well when it came to the finished product. Impressed!

This company has amazing customer service and a unique creative product.. I made a portrait for my mother in law whose dog passed away and I think she will love it!

Great product, I cannot wait to give this gift. Got here before Xmas, as promised.

Easy to use ordering process. Good examples of pictures to use/not use and sample pictures on optional backgrounds. I only ordered one picture to see how it comes out, but will order for my other 2 pets if satisfied. This appears to be a good way to memorialize those we love.

Very easy site to work with…loved the options!
