Correct issue and resent new portrait. Thank you

Wonderful product

This gift was so special for my parents. Our dogs are family and the artists who created the painting for my parents captured each dog perfectly. You were able to tell exactly which dog was which through the added details and coloring. This gift brought my parents to tears, absolutely recommend to anyone.

I love how the mug and portrait turned out. Was such a good present for my brother in law — would definitely recommend!! West and Willow also has great customer service!

I gave it as a Christmas gift. It was a digital print. Absolutely perfect. He loved it!

So happy! We loved the picture we gave as a gift. We ordered our own!

Came quick and was exactly what I wanted. Perfect gift

Thank you! The portrait turned out perfect, and my partner loved it! Her cat is an all black cat, and I was a little skeptical on how it would translate, but the designer/artist did a fantastic job. The frame and mug were exactly as described, and she loves having the digital version for her phone/computer. The order shipped on time, although the first item that I received a shipping notification on took almost a month to arrive. I don’t believe this was West & Willow’s fault though. Great experience.
