Overall, the piece is exactly what I expected. The one bit of feedback is that I wish there was less white space between the names of my pets and the actual portrait. Otherwise, it’s amazing! My pets look very similar to one another because they are both gray tabby cats. I was very impressed that west and willow was able to capture the differences between them! Wonderful job!

I wish once you upload your dogs picture, WW would show you how your picture will look with your dog. It shows the picture you want to use but it didn't show how the finished product will look with your picture. I was vacillating between the green palms and the white background...even though your website shows someone else's dog it would have been nice to see how my dog's picture would look before I placed the order.

Overall I’m very happy with my purchase from West & Willow. It’s a gift for a friend so I had to coyly ask for a pic of her pup to use. My only slight complaint is I wish they would maybe send a preview of the finished artwork before actually in case there was something that needed to be changed.

So cute! Can see all of our pets personalities in the portrait.One of the dogs is darker than he is in real life but I think it was probably the picture we sent. Make sure the lighting is great! Otherwise- love it!!!

I have done 2 of these and the 2nd was a little disappointing. The pooch has some pretty distinct blue in his eyes and it was not portrayed at all. For $100 this one fell short. Update 1: west and willow is making right. I will update again when I see the edits.
