I placed an order for the largest size portrait available at the end of November. I received a confirmation email saying that I would receive a separate shipping confirmation email within 7-10 business days. It has been over 20 days and I haven’t received a thing. Shady way to run a business when you can’t even give your customer an update on something they’ve paid for in full....

It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t had confirmation of my order. A quick and simple update, regarding delays would be nice.

I have no idea when my order is arriving. I’ve paid for an express order, and there’s been no dialogue between the seller and myself. Why did I pay for the express order if I was just going to be left in the dark for a week or more?

I have emailed you about adding a frame and have had zero response. Also I haven’t received any shipping update?

West and Willow should use ups for shipping instead of usps for a product that expensive . and the fact you charge “extra” for shipping to be moved to the front for shipping . Disappointing. UPS is better, easier to track and better delivery service.

The print was creased right through the middle of the image in a very visible area. There were also several smaller creases throughout the 8"x10" print. The paper stock they use does not roll without creasing -- keep this in mind if you are just buying the print and framing yourself. Also, the coloration was OK at best. I had high hopes based on the other reviews and several good examples. However, the result did not live up to the expectations. I would not recommend their services.

I placed order on Dec 6th and have not received any information on the status of my order since the order confirmation I received.

I haven’t received any updates on my order, I paid extra for my order to be pushed to the front of the order line up. I just received a mass text saying: “West & Willow: If you order today, your portrait will arrive after 12/25, but we'll ship it for FREE! Use code HOLIDAY for free shipping through Sunday at Midnight EST. I ordered my item on December 11th, so I would hope I get that level of service to have my item delivered prior to 12/25 as well...
