It came out awful. My dog is not centered and is so small at the bottom compared with the size of dogs and placement seen on the Facebook page. On examples on the FB feed the dogs are centered and come up halfway or almost half the length of the picture.

I kept trying to use the code for a free digital download on the early Black Friday deals. It wouldn't let me use the code even though I bought a pet portrait.

Hello. I’m quite disappointed with the order. The picture i sent in to have on the phone case came out just awful. You couldn’t tell at all what it was. And on top of that, the phone case is less than 2 weeks old and the artwork is already peeling off the back. $75 for an awful picture and a very poor already peeling product.

I am so disappointed in the mugs I ordered.I would think the picture would cover the mug,I can barely see my dog. I will be returning them. I'm worried now what my picture of Jake will look like. Very disappointed

I ordered the phone case with the personalised pic of my dogs on it, it arrived and I fell with it, I’m so disappointed because it’s more or less disappeared now and peeled off in most places! I emailed to see if I could receive a replacement as I wasn’t sure if this was supposed to happen. I was told to fill out the form and I’d get a replacement then received an email which was copied and pasted because the ( ) were still there, I’d had the phone case just over the amount of time they give to issue replacements. Really disappointed. Please do not order the phone case it doesn’t last long at all!

Well considering the price of your product I would have expected much more. Sorely dissatisfied. The actual picture came damaged. The actual process of ordering was convenient and it shipped quickly but there is definitely no value or quality. It’s paper. Cheap paper.

My photo looks nothing like my deceased dog. The advertisement shows actual photos with the backgrounds removed and cleaned up. I received an altered photo that looks more like a painting. I do not like it at all
