Such a great company with great customer service!

It was my first time using the site. I’ve had many pets in my day but none like my Paul. He was an Irish setter poodle mix. I decided I wanted to try this site. Sent in my favorite photo and crossed my fingers. When it arrived I started crying from the first peek at it. When I got it out I was balling. They nailed it. Those eye. His nose. They just nailed it. What a wonderful keepsake of my best fur friend. Thank you thank you thank you. Great work. I will use you again for sure.

My husband bought me a portrait of my puppy for Christmas. The original portrait was great but a bit dark and didn’t include some details that he wanted. I reached out to customer service who responded super quickly and graciously and let me know she would get me a new and improved version. She sent me a new proof days later. It was exactly what we asked for!! The customer service goes above and BEYOND!!! Thank you Alexis at West and Willow!!!!

Two years ago, I received a portrait of my late puppy for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect. This Christmas, I ordered two frames of one portrait of three dogs a few months before the Christmas rush. After my not so patient wait, it arrived within a couple weeks. It was beautiful and exactly what I asked for but unfortunately, I wanted to make some changes. I contacted them about replacements and they responded immediately saying they would send the replacements no charge after they got my approval on the new design. They changed exactly what I asked and the replacements arrived within days just before Christmas! My experience with West & Willow couldn’t have been any better. Everyone I was in communication with was amazing, the artwork is astounding, and the dedication to customer satisfaction is wonderful. Can’t wait to order more pet portraits from them!

The best company at making it right no matter what

I couldn’t have been more impressed. My dog is dying from cancer and we got this print made for us to have when he’s not with us any more. They were so quick to get the product created and it to us, I was actually surprised. I expected this to take weeks, if not a month or more and we got it in less than 2 weeks. The print is high quality and perfect, minus our dogs eye color (he has Blue eyes and the print had brown). I immediately messaged customer service and the wonderful Carl was so happy to help. Even messaging me on Christmas Day to have me approve the re-drafted the image so he could have a new print sent. It took less than 4-days from sending the request in to receiving tracking information for my updated print. What an incredible customer experience and I can’t wait to get prints of my other 2 dogs. Thank you, Carl, for making this emotional experience so much easier by genuinely caring about us having the perfect memorial for our baby. It’s truly a blessing.
