West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

We are obsessed with our portrait! Ever last detail is perfect, they even got the different colored whiskers for Hunter. So impressed!

I lost my best friend and companion of 14 yrs. West and Willow did an incredible job creating a piece of art that captures Leo’s heart. Thank you so much

Have to be honest, I was scared to open my pet portrait. Our beloved Roxy left us in August, so I was concerned about having the right picture to send- and knew there was no way they could do her justice. When I finally opened our print, we balled- happy tears- because it was absolutely perfect. Better than I ever imagined. Thank you for this very special gift to help us remember our baby.

The customer service was exceptional. The picture was initially delivered with a cracked frame and some small issues with the picture and they worked with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

The support team is always very helpful and quick to respond. I’ve submitted several orders over the last year and I have always been happy with their service. There was one order that was incorrect and as soon as I reached out to them, they quickly took care of the problem. Highly recommend!!

I saw west & willow was having a quick digital sale for Christmas and jumped on it to get a portrait of my pup & they did not disappoint. They truly captured the picture I sent with a request to remove something perfectly. I have recommended them to all my friends!

I am so impressed with everything, customer service is outstanding, shipping was so quick & my three dogs were captured so beautifully. I will definitely be recommending West & Willow to all pet owners.

So adorable! I got the digital image of my husband's dog for him for Christmas. It was delivered quickly to my email box and is so, so cute. I printed it at a CVS and it came out great. I highly recommend!
