my family was so happy with the two portraits.

The ordering process was quick and easy. Shipping was quick and the packaging was intact with no damage to the product. The artwork was just as described and was a beautiful tribute to a beloved pet. The name was correct as we placed in the order. The frame was sturdy and of good construction. Would 10/10 use West & Willow again.

West & Willow is such a special company - I have ordered several pet portraits and they are always beautiful, they truly make the best gifts for the animal lovers in your life. Customer service is also 10/10 - I had a small issue with the colors on one of my portraits and they revised, sent a proof for approval, and sent out the revised portrait at no extra cost to me. They also communicated with me thoroughly throughout the process. I will always go back to West & Willow and will continue to recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

I ordered a pet portrait for my wife for Christmas b/c she loves our dog, Brady, so much. When she opened her gift she was absolutely thrilled. The picture was spot on and we are both super happy with it. I highly recommend to all and any pet-lovers.

I love West and Willow! I got 3 separate portraits for friends/family and they’re always a hit. My friends and I love them because they are so cute and personal!

I had heard great things about West & Willow, so ordered a portrait of my dog. When I received the art in the mail, I wasn't too excited about the way that it turned out. My dog's tongue and nose were super pink and overtook the photo. I emailed customer service and they were apologetic and super helpful. They offered to redo the portrait and resent the order back to their designers. Before sending me my new art, they sent me proofs to look over and review to make sure I was 100% satisfied before shipping me my new portrait. Couldn't have asked for better customer service or better art of my pup :)
