West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Top quality support!

This is such a great company to work with. When I had a small issue with the finished product I received, I contacted them and they fixed it immediately. Very nice!

Great customer service.

The product is very high quality and the customer service is absolutely top notch.

I love my picture! It’s my favorite Christmas gift!!

This is my second purchase - I highly recommend West and Willow. The images are creative and very adorable (almost as adorable as my dog - but he still takes the cake of course)! My babies smiling back at me forever on my wall. I had a tiny hiccup with this second-order and the customer service is BEYOND! I couldn't believe it. Amazing product and even more amazing customer service!

West & Willow is a great place to purchase things to remember your pets. No matter if they passed or not love love love West & Willow!!

My sister's dog passed away and I wanted to get her something special. Ordering was super easy. With it being so close to Christmas I wasn't expecting it to get done as fast as it did. She received it this morning and loves it! Although her dog now has two eyes which she doesn't seem to mind. It looks just like her! Thank you 😊
