West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

They got back to me very quickly and fixed the problem with my order. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Great website, very helpful, easy to use.

My brother got me a portrait for Christmas and I cried when I saw it. Such a great thing to have. I loved it so much I ordered a phone case and had another print done of my other dog who recently passed away. Can’t wait to see it!

It is my third time buying from West & Willow, and unfortunately I had issues with shipping, customer service was amazing and because of that I will keep ordering from them!

I’ve purchased frames from you all twice and they both have exceeded expectations! Recently I asked you all to do my friend’s wiener dog in his sombrero and poncho and it is PERFECT. Thank you!

The picture came out beautiful! This was a gift for my MIL and she LOVED it! Might I add, she is very picky, too. There was a problem with the frame upon delivery and West and Willow resolved the problem quickly and with no hassle. I will be purchasing my own portrait from West and Willow. I highly recommend west and willow for your fur baby portraits!

Camille was an amazing help with straightening out my order. She was patient and very customer focused. This is one of the BEST customer experiences I’ve had. We can’t wait to see our final art work. Thank you again, Camille and West & Willow.

Great service and great website
