Ordering process was easy. Would have liked to see a preview of finished product.

Quality of the item is great but simply changes in customer service could make things even better. I had to email 3 yikes to get an answer to a question and each time I got a generic reply…and no answer. Had I had that lack of customer service before buying I probably wouldn’t have. Also no proof of your art piece which is a pity.

What I initially received was incorrect and could have been prevented with a preview. However, when I contacted customer support, I could not ask for a better experience! Camille was truly wonderful! She was able to have a correction made quickly, and I am looking forward to receiving it. If it arrives in time for my husband to have it Christmas morning, this will change to a 5 ⭐ review!

The picture of my pet came out great. I only docked one star because I originally wanted my dog's collar to be in the picture and they sent it without it. I contacted customer service and they fixed it right away and sent a new one for free.

Excited to see how it turns out! I wish there was a way to upload multiple photos!

Website is difficult to navigate when making multiple orders.

The order choices were laid out well, but there was no option to send my order as a gift (which it is). I had to request that the payment info be excluded from my order via email after placing said order.
