The photo you put on the picture is not the picture I sent you. I sent you a photo of an old, overweight dog. You printed a dog that looks like a puppy, no where near what he looked like. Why did you not send me a proof first? I can't give this to the family, a total waste of money.

It was very difficult to place this order online. I had to complete over and over. By the time I finally was able to go all the way through, the prices on the mugs had shot up! Very frustrated.

I am so disappointed. I order blankets that cost $85 dollars a piece. I was sent complete junk! The blanket is cheap and the design was terrible. There was pixilation all around my dogs head and her name written in black on a black background. I still cannot even fathom how it is possible these items left your facility to be sent to me. I had to go through 2 weeks of revisions. While I am now happy with the image, for the price I have paid for these items I never should have had to go through this hassle. I should be offered at least a 50% refund. I have asked the representative I worked with for a refund and was told I could get 10% back. That is a joke. I have also asked for a customer service phone number several times and have not been given one. I will not ever order from this company again and I will be spreading the word that the products are extremely overpriced for the cheap quality.

I just received my picture from West and Willow and am GREATLY dissapointed with it. Hate to be so blunt but it just looks like some cheap cartoon and hardly resembles my dog. Definitely NOT worth it!
