I had a great experience with West and Willow. My order arrived damaged from shipping but I was in love with the artwork. They rectified the issue quickly through email and sent me a whole new product even though I only requested a replacement frame. Excellent product, great customer service.

Loved our picture of our Piper! Initially, it’s came out very dark (she’s a black lab) and it was hard to see any details of her face. When I asked about this, customer service reached out and did a complete reprint fixing the darkness issues so we can see her face much better now. They were super responsive, be try kind and understanding and I couldn’t be happier with their service. My husband is so happy with his Christmas gift and loves the print. Thank you! Highly recommend.
