I originally gave it a 2 star rating. The picture was very accurate and well done however it barely took up any of the canvas. There was way too much empty white space. The customer support team reached out to me not long after my review and asked how they could fix it. They were very nice and helpful and offered to take my criticism into account for the next picture. They made a new picture and sent it free of charged. Very happy customer

My first purchase of my pet Molly, and I am very happy. First, the color background wasn't quite dark enough to highlight my pet. I contacted Customer Service, and within 48 hours, they created a new portrait. They sent me a new one, no extra charge. The portrait itself looks great. The frame is a nice quality, with hanger on back for immediate hanging. Shipping was quick, and packaged very, very well. I would most certainly recommend West & Willow for a pet portrait. I think you'll be happy with your purchase.

I love the portrait!! It now has a special place in our apartment. The artist captured all the features and details of our little Milo. Such a special rendering to have and great as gifts!

Amazing company! I wasn’t totally satisfied with my first product (due to the picture I sent) and they redid and sent a whole other picture for free!
