West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

My picture turned out perfectly. Thank you so much for a perfect memory of our girl.

I bought a picture for my son and soon to be daughter in law. Imagine our surprise when we opened it up to find…the wrong puppy! BUT, Alexis from their support team went above and beyond to make it right. In no time at all, we received our order and it was beyond perfect! We were all so pleased with not only the quality of our picture, but also the customer service. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

We bought three photos framed of our puppies as of today. LOVE them all!!!

When my first portrait wasn't exactly what I wanted the staff was quick to respond and worked to correct my portrait in a timely and super friendly fashion!

I had a wonderful experience getting a pet portrait made with West and Willow. The first draft wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I expressed my concerns and they immediately fixed the problem. The customer service representative Grace was very helpful and incredibly kind. I highly recommend using West and Willow for nice quality work.

Carl is wonderful. Very helpful to get us our product promptly!

Commissioned a portrait of recently deceased family chihuahua. Dog was a little difficult to portray and they had to do a few revisions. Portrait wasn’t 100% accurate but I’m happy with the results.
