Everyone here has been so kind and super helpful! They make your order perfect and go to great lengths to ensure the customer is happy. I am very grateful for their attention to detail, as my order was a gift for a friend who lost her sweet dog.

Love these pet portraits! I give them as gifts when a friend's dog passes away. Beautiful way to preserve a memory of a furry friend.

I was very pleased to work with West & Willow. The picture turned out great but took an edit to get it that way. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to work with this company to end up with a great picture. You don’t run into many companies like this. I would highly recommend West & Willow.

The final picture was wonderful; it's not just a picture, it's a portrait. It's important to totally agree on the final draft before printing; communication is vital. The shipping is concerning, as there's no packaging to protect the frame.
