The initial print was cut off on the sides, but after calling this to their attention they were very responsive and willing to correct the issue. Had it not been cut off this would have been a perfect 5 star rating. The print looks outstanding! They sent copy for me to approve for the correction prior to shipping. Great service.

Update - received my picture on Christmas Eve and really thrilled with it so 5 stars for product! I can't comment on the product as yet as I haven't received either piece from my order, however, I have reached out to get shipping status and have not had any response. I ordered a portrait on 12/11 and paid for 'skip the line' as well as expedited shipping and have not had a ship date yet. The mug is due to arrive today. I'll update the review based on the product but so far, the customer service hasn't been great at all.

Still haven’t seen my digital download file, it’s been a few weeks wondering if there is any confirmation on shipping as well not the best with the follow up especially around Christmas time

4 stars only because during the checkout, there is no breakdown explaining estimated shipping times or estimated time frame to complete an order. Aside to that, Product quality - 5 stars Ease of website - 5 stars I will continue to be a return customer!
