Best customer service I have experienced. My original product wasn’t what I envisioned (the art was excellent however I wanted the eyes to be a little different). They corrected it within days. I’m so happy.

Be careful and don’t be in a rush to process your order! The system prefills to leave off any accessories your pet may be wearing. I uploaded pictures of my pets in bow ties to find out you have to request they leave them in the pic… should be the opposite. ****Thank you for correcting my order***

Amazing customer service! The original image I sent had a bit too much shadow so the original print did not really look like my brother's dog. I was able to provide additional images and details about what was off and the team worked with me until it was perfect. I'm so grateful and appreciative. The final product is so wonderful!

The quality is great! The color of the collar was just as pictured and it looks amazing on my fur baby. Highly recommend!
