The image and item are perfect. Captured our sweet girl exactly, the perfect tribute to her memory. I would have loved the chance to preview it first, but as I said ours turned out great. I did take one star away because there is a little debris that's visible between the picture and the glass, and unfortunately I can't get in there to remove it without pretty much destroying the frame. *** UPDATED to 5 star. West & Willow reached out just hours after my review with the offer a full replacement. Who offers service like this anymore? Will be ordering again!

Easy design and order process!

It was very easy to order. I would have liked to add more pictures for color reference but I'm sure it will be fine. We really loved the first one we got as a gift for our recently passed dog and wanted one of our other dog.

The customer service is amazing! They were prompt to respond and were gracious the entire process. Highly recommend their products!

Greatest customer service I've ever experienced!

I love West and Willow portraits. When I ordered my second one it came And was wrinkled. They fixed the problem very quickly for me and sent me a new one. My first pet Benny recently passed away and I will always cherish this portrait!!
