I ordered a picture for my mom because their dog passed a few months ago. The picture looks exactly like her and my mom loves it so much. The process was a lot quicker than I thought and recieved it in under 2 weeks which was awesome. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

We are so pleased with our experience! I originally ordered 2 separate portraits for my husband’s Christmas present. When we received them, all of our pets looked great, with the exception of one of our cats being the wrong color. My husband wrote in and explained that the color was off, and a representative named Camille responded immediately. She was so kind and helpful, and she facilitated our getting an improved portrait without charge. Camille was prompt and warm with her responses, and she updated us every step of the way. Truly exceptional service and fantastic keepsakes!

Camille is wonderful! I was not happy with the initial portrait of my pup and Camille helped me with my replacement. We corresponded back and forth with the revisions to the portrait until it was perfect! Huge thank you to Camille :)

Awesome, just awesome… the picture looks just like my dad’s dog Gracie. He just found out today that the tumor the vet removed last week was cancerous and she only has a few months to live… I shed a few tears when I saw the picture… perfect just perfect!!!
