This is my second time using West & Willow and let’s just say I will never use another company for a pet portrait again. When I received my second piece of art work there was some minor details that I didn’t really like. Nothing that anyone would even notice if I didn’t point it out, but I noticed and it probably would bother me forever. I reached out to them and they were very quick to respond and got all the info they needed to fix the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I will cherish this piece forever.

Incredible product! We recently bought this portrait for our home and they did an amazing job capturing our dog’s details in a beautiful way. Our customer service rep was also so friendly and helpful when we had a question about revising our order! I highly recommend this company to create a memorable portrait of your pet.

Update: West and Willow followed up on our original review and replaced our portrait free of charge. We couldn't be happier with the revisions and final result! Original review: Lettering was quite off-center, and the scale between our two dogs isn't right (they look the same size but one is actually much larger than the other). I know the scale would be difficult to get right with two separate photos but there should be a way to calibrate this. Overall it is still a cute picture but for the price was expecting a bit better.

We just received our portrait and we are so happy. Our dog, Sophie, is a 16 year old YorkiPoo. She is now deaf and has very limited sight. She is in the final phase of her life. We've purchased several pet portraits from West & Willow...some of our dogs and some as gifts for our friends and family....and we've been so impressed every time! Each time we've opened the package and cried tears of joy! We can't wait to buy more!

I received my portrait in the mail and I wasn’t extremely satisfied with it. I contacted customer service and they responded within an hour. They fixed my portrait very quickly, shipped it, AND included a new coffee mug (with the new picture), which I was not expecting. I thought they were only going to fix my portrait but they went above and beyond to include my new mug as well. They were so helpful!! And I love my portraits. Great customer service! :)
