This is my second review and I want to say that W & W stepped up to the plate. My first watercolor picture the name was wrong due to what was provided by my niece. So I ordered a new picture (at my cost), using the same picture, and there was no comparison between the 2 so my review was a 3. The Support Team immediately reached out asking why and I sent them the 2 pictures. My next contact with them was to proof the new picture (from the 1st picture w/wrong name and they corrected the spelling and I was very pleased with the results. I received the best picture with the correct name and is now in it's frame on the wall with my 2 other pictures I have from W&W.

I purchased 4 portraits (our 3 golden retrievers and Billy - my daughter's horse). The dog portraits were great, but Billy was just too dark. You really couldn't make out any of the variations in color and his face was too narrow. Long story short, I went back to W&W and explained the situation. They were awesome! Maria worked with me and it took two more tries and a couple more pictures of Billy to capture his colors and now my daughter is just thrilled. W&W rocks!

Excellent customer service!! This is my second time having a pet portrait done by West & Willow, and I have been extremely happy with both portraits. A few edits were needed on my recent order, but the team was great and made sure the final result was perfect! I’m very happy and will definitely be using West & Willow again!
