Had an issue with the text. Customer service quick to resolve it! Amazing portrait and my wife loves it!

The only reason I docked a star was because I was not sure how to figure out what color font the dog’s name would be in on the custom pet portrait. Truthfully, if the portrait turns out good, I will give the star back.

My mom is so pleased with the portrait of our late family dog. Very impressed as it was a far away shot because he could never keep his head straight for photos lol. My only request is to send a proof of the portrait before shipment!

I love my portrait. It was for three dogs and individually each dog came out great and are very true to life! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the scale of the size of the dogs is off. The smallest dog looks like the biggest dog. This is through no fault of the artist; they based it on the photos I submitted that were at different zoom levels and only included one dog at a time. I didn't think about it at the time, but realize now there was no way for them to gauge the relative size of each dog. If there was a warning of that or explantion of that when I ordered I missed it and suggest making it more obvious, and if there wasn't, I suggest adding something that allows for the scale of the animals to be provided.

The art work was great and it was delivered in time, however, I asked for only one collar to be put in the picture and both collars ended up being used.

Very pleased with how the picture of our dog who we had to say goodbye to turned out. The frame is not the highest quality and on the back of the frame the white veneer was peeling off when we received it. However, when it’s hanging on the wall you can’t see that part of the frame and the picture is so great i can overlook the framing issue. We have this hanging in our home and it’s a perfect way to honor our dog. I would recommend to friends and family.

Overall good quality. Process was easy and portraits arrived early. Had both sets of parents dogs created for Christmas. The white doodle came out amazing, but the chocolate lab (who is light brown) came out really dark, almost black, and there is a small white rectangle on one of the ears that looks to be a mistake. It’s quite noticeable because of the stark contrast. Besides that, the features are spot on. Price point is higher but would recommend- especially if you have a doodle or long haired dog.

I’m waiting for a response for my order. On Order #255366 - I ordered a print, a digital print, and a mug. I only received the mug. I also made sure to pay extra for the skip the line and the expedited shipping. I did this all at your advice to make sure I get the gifts before Christmas. Thank you Can you kindly advise as I need this gift before Christmas. Thank you. Update - I received an automated email to download my print. I still have not received an answer to my inquiry or any update on the physical print. Update 2 - physical print received the same day I received a response from W&W. Quality is nice and moved from 1star to 4. Would have been 5 with a more prompt response.
