Not sure what the point is of sending the designers a picture of my dog when the finished product is not of my dog? The picture I bought and received, while very nice is a cartoon of the breed rather than a picture of my dog. I did reach out to customer service, and I explained my experience and they came back with that they were right but gave me the proof of the cartoon of what resembles my dog. I really think sending customers proofs before the final product is sent is a great idea not sure why they do not do that. Don't get me wrong the cartoon is nice but not what I thought I bought.

It asks you if you have any special instructions and I asked for a halo over one of my pups and did not receive it like that. The money I spent on this, the least they could of done was follow through on what they offer; “special instructions”.

Coupon codes were a bit confusing and ended up without free shipping when utilizing a second code. Kind of disappointing. I hope the product is worth it.

The order process was easy, however, when I tried to apply the FREEMUG promotion (that expires today, 11/22/21) the site wouldn't apply the code because of the items in the cart. Was I supposed to add a mug to the cart? It didn't say that anywhere.
