I am not happy with this picture. But it is my own fault. I guess I did not look at this very well. I thought I was getting a picture like quality to this. It is a drawing, painting of the picture I submitted. The quality is great and think most people would be very happy with this product. It just isn't what I thought it was.

I accidentally submitted the name incorrectly. After reaching out within 30 minutes of placing my order, the customer service representative told me that they could only accomodate changes up to 30 minutes. This has been a very frustrating experience.

The picture arrived with trash and a piece of what looks like hair. Then, to get the trash and hair out, removing the staples was a PAIN. Also, most of the staples wouldn’t the back in, so the image is no longer secure in the frame. Very upsetting after spending over $80 that whoever put the frame on didn’t bother to check the front. Thank goodness I checked this before gifting it to my sister, whose dog recently passed.

Terrible experience. I ordered & paid for two pet portraits in mid November as Xmas presents. After the initial order confirmation on Day1, I received several emails with promos and offers . Three weeks later (and the order said the portraits take 2 weeks, maybe 3 due to the Holidays). No word except an email that said I had cancelled my order. (Waiting for my refund!!!!). No explanation. Three weeks before Xmas. So I can only assume they are short on artists to do the work. A very disappointing experience.

I am very unhappy with this picture!!! You cut her off and its not even a photo it looks sketched!! She’s way at the bottom of the frame. This looks totally thrown together and for $70 - $80 dollars I feel I got ripped off!! S Stefany A. Nash

Plenty of communication but no real effort to resolve problem. Not only did they NOT REFUND NY DOUBLE PAYMENT, but they sent me a marginal product that included my pets name but was not even a picture of my dog. They included a artistic rendering of the breed of my dog..

I ordered a framed print and a mug. I triple checked my spelling and photos. Opened the mug, as it was shipped first, and there is a spelling error on West & Willow’s behalf. I took a screen shot of my order for this very reason. My dog’s name is RORY & they spelled it as ROXY. Now I have a framed print being shipped and I am sure the error is on that as well. Why is there no double checking the proof and ensuring they have spelled it correctly before shipping? 100% customer satisfaction is on the website so I am hoping the error is corrected and fixed and my order is re-sent to me. I will see. It was an expensive order and a gift so it is incredibly disappointing. Please help me out West & Willow!
