The photo was absolutely perfect!

West and Willow is so wonderful! My portrait turned out amazing. I just recently lost a pup and they truly captured his bright spirit. Thanks for all you do. I will cherish my portrait forever (and now my mom and aunt want one too)!

amazing customer service. i accidentally got sent wrong order and they were happy to send me a new one and give a free digital download. so happy with this purchase

The customer service at West & Willow has made me a lifelong customer. They are responsive and helpful if the art you receive does not look like your pet. They want to provide a high quality product (which they do) and higher quality service when it comes to fixing problems.

Excellent customer service, and great product! Received one as a gift when our sweet Zoe passed, and decided we needed one of our other pup as well. We weren’t immediately satisfied, and Camille worked with us until it was perfect!!

I got this for my niece for her wedding shower. She’s going to love it!
