West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

My two dog passes away a few years back. I got this to remember them and it just made me cry. They did a great job. Looks just like my dogs they did a great job with the eyes.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Service!!! I previously ordered from West and Willow and my order was not to my expectations. I wrote a review and they IMMEDIATELY reached out to me to correct it. I must say the final product came out better than I had expected! I WILL be ordering from them again! Thank you for your willingness to correct and make right! Definitely worth it!!

O. M. G. So cute! Bought this for my best friend desperately wanted a dog but circumstances prevented it. Well, things changed and she got a puppy. This event must be celebrated! Definitely buying some of my pack!

Products received thus far are amazing. Exactly as advertised! I ordered two more of the head shots of my other two dogs now, the first one turned out SO good!!!!

I was unhappy with the original graphic but when I reached out to the team, they tackled my problem right away. They were extremely responsive and friendly. They took the time to make it right.

Fun products. Website is easy to navigate.

After losing my beautiful kitty I felt a horrible sting every time I saw his face. Losing a pet is one of the hardest parts of life. When I got my package in the mail, I felt joy again. Thank you so much west and willow, I will cherish my portrait forever.

Very helpful support willing to work with me to create the perfect portrait!
